Everyone brings a particular skill or energy to the team and everyone who joins us embarks on a voyage of discovery with the children, but also in their own personal and professional development. Our team ethic is very much that we can never stop learning from each other in order to achieve our shared visions and goals. We provide regular support, training and development opportunities for all team members to learn and grow to be the best that they can be.

Meet our owner – Vjollca
What first drew me to Kingston was its beautiful garden and easy access to the woods, perfect for outdoor adventures where children can learn through play and exploration. We believe in a balance of outdoor learning and a warm, natural indoor environment filled with real-life materials like wooden toys, pots, fruits, and vegetables to spark imagination and emotional expression. Our approach moves away from technology to focus on real experiences and “in the moment” learning that follows children’s interests. Activities like yoga, storytelling, science experiments, and sensory play, such as using real utensils at playdough stations or exploring herbs and fruits in our mixing areas, encourage curiosity, communication, and creativity. Every resource is designed to be accessible, engaging, and to support each child’s next steps in development.
We consider the spaces around your child to be like their third teacher joining you as parents and us as educators in guiding them through their learning. And you’ll notice how we use our garden area as an outdoor classroom too, full of features to support their play and learning. Our Baby, Tweenies, Toddler and Preschool rooms are perfect for the ages of children that spend their time in them.
